If you found your way here, you've probably already made the change once — maybe more than once. You knew what you wanted. You started. And then something quietly pulled it back.
That something isn't a lack of discipline. It's a pattern running underneath the decision, and it doesn't shift by trying harder. It shifts by being looked at.
Right now, it feels stuck
Drag to see the shiftReal transformation begins in the mind. When your mindset becomes strong, positive and resilient, making the right choices becomes natural — not forced.
Odete Daniel · Cognitive hypnotherapist
Twenty years of this work says the same thing every time: people are rarely short on willpower. They're carrying a pattern nobody has helped them look at yet.

Hypnosis here is deep focus, not sleep. You can hear everything, and you can stop at any point.
Inside a session
Most people arrive not quite sure what they've booked. Here's the shape of it, so there are no surprises on the day.
No forms to fill in first. You describe what's been going on in your own words, at whatever level of detail feels comfortable. Nothing is pushed, and there's no version of this where you have to explain more than you want to.
Together you turn the problem into something specific enough to work on — not "feel better" but the actual moment you want to go differently. You set it, not Odete. Everything after this points at that one thing.
You sit comfortably, close your eyes, and Odete talks you into a relaxed, highly focused state — closer to being absorbed in a film than being asleep. You stay aware throughout, you keep your own judgement, and you can open your eyes and stop whenever you like.
A few minutes to come back to the room and say how that landed. You leave with something small and practical to use between now and next time — and a clear sense of whether another session is worth booking.
In their words
Shared with permission. Names shortened and photos left out, because what people bring to these sessions is their own.
Nothing I'd tried gave lasting results, and I'd stopped expecting it to. From the first session I felt understood — and the shift, when it came, didn't feel like effort. It felt like something had finally been put down.
SM Sarah M. Came for anxiety · London
I'd been running on four hours for years and I didn't expect much. What helped wasn't a technique — it was finally understanding what my head was still doing at 2am. I sleep now.
I'd have told you I lacked confidence. What I actually had was one belief about myself, learned early, running everything. Naming it did more than a decade of trying to push past it.
The thing I appreciated most was not being rushed. Odete let me get there in my own time, and never once made me feel like the problem was obvious to everyone but me.
I'd broken the habit before. Twice. This time it stayed broken, and I honestly couldn't tell you the moment it changed — it just stopped being a thing I had to fight every day.
I overthought everything, constantly, and I'd made peace with being that person. Turns out I wasn't that person. I was just tired.
I'd been turning things down for years and calling it being realistic. I said yes to something last month that would have terrified me in January.
I came in sceptical, and I'll say that plainly because it mattered — being sceptical wasn't a problem. Nothing here asks you to believe in it first.
Stress had started showing up in my body before it showed up in my head. Six months on, I notice it earlier and it doesn't take the week with it.
I work shifts and I'd written myself off as someone who just doesn't get to feel steady. The tools she gave me are small enough that I actually use them.
